Men’s Records

Here are the current records. The November records updates include the Tony Conyers Extravaganza, held November 9.

Big change: Squat records – always part of a full power total and never lifted singly – no longer appear in the single lift records.  They remain, as they have always been, in the full power records.

MEN’S FULL POWER RECORDS November 2019 version 2

“Be strong in the Lord, and the power of His might” – Ephesians 6:10

Beginning on January 1, 2017, the R.A.W. United Powerlifting Federation transitioned to a Florida-based company hosting Christian-based, powerlifting events in Hillsborough County.

As of December 30, 2017, Single Lift Records set/broken at meets sanctioned by the R.A.W. United Powerlifting Federation are classified in four age groups: Youth (13 and under – 19), Junior (20-24), Open (25-39), and Master (40-44, 45-49, 50-54, etc.).

Lifters must wear a one-piece, non-supportive lifting singlet with a tee shirt on the squat and bench press, and knee-high socks on the deadlift.  Lifters may utilize a 4” leather belt, non-fastening neoprene knee sleeves, and wrist wraps.

Single Lift records are maintained in a “Meet Record” format based on the best squat, bench, deadlift, and total in each weight class.  Individual lifts successfully completed in Full Power, Push/Pull, and/or Single Lift competition are entered into the Single Lift category.
